NAUTIC MULTI is a polyester adhesive for professional use in the construction of yachts, boats, canoes, caravans and other laminate structures. NAUTIC MULTI is a universal adhesive and may be used both as a resistant assembly adhesive and for sandwich constructions. It has a low mass density (NAUTIC MULTI 15: 0.89 g/cm³, NAUTIC MULTI 30: 0.85 g/cm³) and excellent adhesive properties with different types of substrates. A carefully chosen thixotropy makes it possible to apply it in thick layers (even up to 3 cm), at the same time ensuring a good pore penetration of foams used in sandwich constructions.

NAUTIC MULTI is available in two versions: Nautic Multi 15 and Nautic Multi 30. They differ in gelation time (15 and 30 minutes, respectively). The versions Nautic Multi 15W and Nautic Multi 30W are equipped with a colour change indicator that shows if the adhesive has been properly mixed with the hardener.

Substrates:

• rigid polyurethane and PVC foams.

Caution: The filler should not be applied directly on one-component acrylic and nitrocellulose products.

Surface preparation:

• polyester and epoxy laminates: degrease, dry grind P80 - P120, degrease again with a silicone remover,
• plywood, wood: dry grind P80 - P120, then remove dust.

Mixing ratio:

NAUTIC MULTI - 100 parts by weight,

Hardener - 1 to 2 parts by weight.
