Drying Retarder

The drying retarder is a special additive for water varnishes. It prolongs the drying period of water-based varnishes if the ambient temperature is higher and/or air humidity is low. Using the retarder reduces the risk of the varnish drying too quickly, which may lead to such faults as “orange skin” or roller marks.
