SUPRACLEAN 600 is a care and maintenance product for wooden floors protected with SUPRAWAX Fine Look, based on natural oils and waxes.
Use:
The product is intended for the care and renewal of surfaces of parquets and floorboards protected with oil and wax systems. It can be applied on floors exposed to low or high intensity of use, such as public utility objects.
SUPRACLEAN 600 is recommended for half mat waxed and polished surfaces.
Procedure:
Remove dust and clean the surface using SUPRACLEAN 200 prior to applying the product.
Apply the wood care product using a soft cloth. When applying, make sure to distribute a thin layer of the product evenly.
After applying the product, polish the surface with a white polishing pad, using mechanic means. The floor can be used after 4 hours. Use non-diluted.
If abrasions occur during use, a new layer of the product may be applied. Repeat this procedure:
1-2 times a year, for rooms exposed to low intensity of use - apartments
3-4 times a year, for rooms exposed to high intensity of use - public utility objects
After applying 4 layers, remove the care product film with a disk grinder using a 120-graded abrasive mesh.
Application conditions:
Room temperature should range between 10° and 25°C.
Drying time:
Approx. 4 hours, at room temperature (20°C) and air humidity of approx. 50 - 70%
Colour:
- In packaging: Beige
- After application: colourless, slight shine intensifying effect.
Scent:
Gentle, hardly noticeable
Capacity:
10-15 ml/m2(1 litre for 70-100 m2)
Volatile organic compounds content:
VOC limit (cat. A/6) = 700g/L (ready to apply mixture).
VOC < 690g/L
Application methods:
Soft cloth.
Tools cleaning:
Wash in hot water with cleaning agents.
Storage conditions and shelf life:
12 months from date of manufacture at a temperature higher than 5°C.
