NAUTIC EPOXY is a two-component epoxy resin-based product for professional use. The adhesive has very good physical and mechanical properties. It is used to join and fasten construction elements made of epoxy or polyester laminates that must be thoroughly grinded and degreased in advance in order to improve their adhesiveness. Nautic EPOXY is easy to apply and has low shrinkage. Its properties ensure durable and strong connections.

The Nautic EPOXY adhesive is available in two versions with a different application life, depending on the hardener used: Component B 60 or Component B 120.

Substrates:

• epoxy laminates,
• polyester laminates,
• plywood,
• wood.

Caution: The adhesive should not be applied directly on one-component acrylic and nitrocellulose products.

Surface preparation:

• epoxy and polyester laminates: degrease, dry grind P80 - P120, degrease again with a silicone remover,
• plywood, wood: dry grind P80 - P120, then remove dust.

Mixing ratio:

NAUTIC EPOXY Component A - 100 parts by weight and Component B 60 - 50 parts by weight,

NAUTIC EPOXY Component A - 100 parts by weight and Component B 120 - 50 parts by weight.

Application life after mixing with the hardener:

NAUTIC EPOXY Component A and Component B 60 - [50-70 min.],

NAUTIC EPOXY Component A and Component B 120 - [110-130 min.].
