We have been developing our system of varnish products for thirty years. This system provides a comprehensive solution for problems encountered by every day professional painters. Based on this experience, the specialist NOVOL INDUSTRIAL product line has been designed. It is aimed at industrial clients manufacturing and refurbishing buses, semitrailers, dump trucks, tank trucks, special enclosures, agricultural machines, construction machines etc.
The NOVOL INDUSTRIAL product line is a series of specialist anticorrosion and self-filling primers, polyester fillers, high quality topcoat finishes and supplementary products which have been especially created for the production and refurbishment of commercial vehicles.
The high quality of the raw materials used for manufacturing the products of the NOVOL INDUSTRIAL line gives the resulting varnish coats a high mechanical resistance (they are durable and yet elastic), good adhesive properties (with different types of substrates), very good anticorrosion properties and a perfect look. All this makes the NOVOL INDUSTRIAL varnish systems perfectly suitable for industrial painting. Products from the NOVOL INDUSTRIAL line have gained recognition from many customers due to the speedy application of the individual systems and, in consequence, quick work progress and high efficiency.

Thanks to a modern NOVOL Research & Development Laboratory, we not only create the highest quality materials, but also suggest individual technical solutions to minimise the total varnishing costs.

SUPPORT AND CONSULTING
Our technical representatives offer support and consulting services regarding the use of NOVOL materials. They keep in touch with the customer and guarantee the best possible cooperation. Regular training courses for technologists and painters take place at the Training Centre in Komorniki, enabling them to expand their knowledge with regard to technique and the use of our products. In addition, our customers may consult the Research & Development Laboratory with regard to carrying out specialist examinations of varnish coats and adjusting the product to the conditions of application.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
In accordance with global environmental protection trends we have begun to voluntarily implement the “Responsibility & Care” programme. This was a step in the direction of implementing the ISO 140001 Integrated Quality, Environmental and Security Management System. We have already implemented many measures aimed at improving the state of the natural environment and limiting the negative effects of chemical production. Most products offered by our company are subject to a programme aimed at complying with the rigorous requirements of EU Directive 2004/42/CE of April 21, 2004 on the limitation of emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC).
