Spectral Base is a twolayer, mixing base system. The basis of this system are pigmental pasts and binder resin which make it possible to get almost 50.000 colours from prepared recipes and an unlimitted number of personal combinations. Pasts and binders are placed on a modern frame.
The System has a very good covering power, together with a filler set in a spectral greyness. Thanks to a high class resins and pigments we receive a high-tech product with: short evaporation time, well adherence to a surface, a perfect grain array and excelent colour matching. It allows to easly make a varnishing mending with a great deal of saving the time and materials.
The amount of the pasts to use, allows to create even the most sofisticated solid, mettalic and pearl color combinations in the two- and threelayer variants.

With the advanced technology, which we used when making the Spectral Base by using the same pigmental pasts we can get two base systems: SB-1000 and SB-2000.

SB-2000 is a system directed to clients which value the high quality. The better covering power gives savings in at least one base layer because in SB-2000 there are much more culminated pigments.
SB-1000 is an economical version of SB-2000, which allows to get an attractive price by keeping the good quality.
Spectral Base is a combination of 70 elements cosinting of:

• 36 solid pasts
• 8 metallic graines
• 20 pearl pasts
• 3 special xyralic pasts
• 3 cements.

The changed usage of cements allows to get a Spectral Base version: SB-1000 or SB-2000. Pasts and cements are packed in 3,5 and 0,8 l cans. A strong condensation of pigment in the SB-2000 version allows to thin a base in a 1:1 proportion, making the system very efficient. The Spectral Base is expended with a additional products set, mostly compatible with the Spectral 2K system. It consists of: thinners, fade out product, fillers in spectral grayness, colorless and others.

Procedure:

The high-tech Spectral Base system allows to minimalize the clearcoat usage, due to the usage of fillers in spectral greyness.
In the SB-2000 version the metallic or pearl base application on ealier prepared surface consists of putting a first, thin layer, than a full layer, and than, to level a backgroud once again a thin layer. In case of the solid color we can resign from applying the last, leveling layer. This kind of process allows to do a varnishing process with a short time and material costs.
Although in the SB-1000 version, the more economical one to SB-2000 you need to apply an additional full base layer.
In order to get the best colour accurancy you should do the fade out as a part of a process.

Only by using the original additives and additional materials you can do the real high class varnishing.

ATTENTION! In the 2000 technology the mixing proportions with a thinner can be changed for a better covering!
