Most of the cars manufactured these days has varnished elements made of plastic, either in the same or contrasting color. To help in the complex plastic varnishing process we present a worked out by NOVOL technology, based on high quality products.

To construct a modern car many types of plastics with different parameters and features are used, which are exposed to many unfavourable factors like temperature or mechanical deformations. To make the varnisher's work solid and permament, a ceratain procedure must be obeyed, that is why we propose a complete products' line for plastics, fulfilling the Spectral System:

Bumper Fix – a putty for plastics which has very high flexibility and excellent adhesion to most plastics (except for polyethylene and teflon). It can also be used on steel, zinc, aluminium, acryl fillers, and old varnishing layers.

Adhesion Increasing Agent - one-component primer for spraying gun application. It improves adhesion of acrylic and polyurethane paints and fillers to various substrates, first of all plastics (also clear/ mixed polypropylene).

Elasticity Increasing Agent - is a plastificator for acrylic and polyurethane products designed for application onto, among others, car body parts made of plastic. It prevents cracking and chipping of the fillers and topcoats on elastic, deforming elements. It may be used to elasticise topcoats on elements exposed to damage by stones (e.g. front part and bonnet).

We also advice a structural clearcoat for plastics and a silicone remover.
